Sad as this may sound, but Estate Agency & Lettings is all I have ever done since leaving school. I started my career as a Trainee Surveyor in Todmorden for a local independent company, Phillip Schofield Estate Agents, not the guy on TV! I made the move to join Whitegates in 1988 in Bolton to futher my Estate Agency career. After progressing through the ranks I became an Area Manager in Lancashire in 1990. Then in 1991, I then moved over the Pennines to West Yorkshire, to take on an Area that included the flagship branch in Darley Street Bradford and I have been here ever since. Albeit in a different capacity as I acquired the franchise of Whitegates Bradford in 2001. Since that time I have been the Franchisee Owner.
