Chris Walthall has worked in the estate and lettings industry for the past decade. He comes from a commercial background and set up his own estate and letting business 10 years ago with his son Daniel. During that time the business has grown its fully managed portfolio to circa 400 properties across East Cheshire and North Staffordshire; Chris has also enlisted the help of his daughter Amy, who joined the business 3 years ago. In Chris’ spare time he is a keen gardener, rampant follower of the mighty Blues (Chelsea), and enjoys a mini break with his wife Lesley.
