habits and start healthier new ones.
Stoptober – aimed at UK
smokers to try and have them quit for October and beyond. NHS evidence
suggests that if a smoker can quit for 28 days, they are five times more
likely to quit for good.
Sober October – used by many to raise money for various charities and encourages people to ditch the booze for 31 days.
The
medical community consistently seek us to find ways to boost our immune
systems and the multiple health benefits of stopping smoking and
cutting down on alcohol are widely recognised.
Non-Stop Property Market
Having
reopened in mid May the property market hasn’t stopped and the
traditionally slower summer months for the home moving market haven’t
materialised. Buyers, sellers and renters are remaining active and this
looks likely to continue.
